Support for Communities

A significant part of our teaching focuses on serving others in our community and beyond. Serving is an essential piece in students gaining confidence in themselves. We have taken them to different parts of the country to serve others in ways that extend from building gardens for self-sufficiency to replacing floors and building handicapped ramps. We have often heard from the students that serving has been an integral part of their learning about themselves and others.
